Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should generally meet the following requirements:
Be a citizen and resident of an eligible country.
Hold a recognized bachelor's degree.
Have at least 2–3 years of relevant professional work experience (depending on country requirements).
Demonstrate leadership potential.
Show commitment to contributing to national development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Not already hold a master's degree.
Select three eligible master's programmes related to their career.
Meet English language requirements for their chosen university.
Be available to begin studies in Ireland in 2027.
