Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should generally meet the following requirements:

• Be a citizen and resident of an eligible country.

• Hold a recognized bachelor's degree.

• Have at least 2–3 years of relevant professional work experience (depending on country requirements).

• Demonstrate leadership potential.

• Show commitment to contributing to national development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

• Not already hold a master's degree.

• Select three eligible master's programmes related to their career.

• Meet English language requirements for their chosen university.

• Be available to begin studies in Ireland in 2027.
