Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must generally:
Be citizens of eligible OECD/DAC-listed developing countries (Tanzania is eligible).
Be between 18 and 39 years old.

Demonstrate English proficiency or Japanese proficiency (approximately JLPT N3 level or higher).
