Malta Government Endeavour Scholarship 2026–2027
The Malta Government ENDEAVOUR II Scholarship Scheme is now open for the 2026–2027 cycle. This fully funded European scholarship supports international students pursuing postgraduate studies in Malta. The program is funded by the Government of Malta and co-funded by the European Union.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship may cover:
Full or partial tuition fees
Living expenses
Study-related costs
Research and academic support
The scheme mainly supports:
Master’s Degree (MQF Level 7)
Some postgraduate research pathways
Who Can Apply?
Applications are open to:
International students
EU/EEA students
Maltese citizens
Applicants must:
Apply for eligible postgraduate programs
Start studies between 27 April 2026 and 26 April 2027
Have strong academic performance
Submit a motivational letter
Applicants already holding a doctoral degree are generally not eligible under this scheme. (Scholarships and Aid)
