✨ About the Program
In spring 2027, selected Fellows will participate in a nearly six-week immersive program (with both in-person and virtual components), designed to:
• Develop and refine impactful projects
• Build strong professional relationships
• Collaborate with U.S. counterparts and a global network of over 1,900 Fellows
• Drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond
🎯 Who Should Apply?
EF is looking for leaders who:
• Have a strong track record of leadership and impact
• Are committed to advancing positive change globally
• Are typically between 32–45 years old (flexibility applies)
• Have strong English proficiency
• Are ready to fully commit to the program duration
🗓 Key Timeline
• Applications Open: April 13 – May 15, 2026
• Interviews: June – August 2026
• Selection: September 2026
• Program Duration: Early April – Mid-May 2027 (USA)

• Open to applicants worldwide (with preference to EF-active countries)

• Applicants must not have participated in another fellowship within the last 2 years
