The New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot (NBCWP) is a special immigration and work program designed to help employers fill serious labor shortages by recruiting and sponsoring foreign workers.

This program is employer-driven and works only with selected companies approved by the Province of New Brunswick.

1️⃣ What Is the New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot?

The Critical Worker Pilot allows approved employers in New Brunswick to:

✔ Recruit foreign workers
✔ Support work permits (LMIA-exempt or LMIA-supported)
