Scotland has launched a support plan to help international care workers already in the UK who were disrupted by recent Home Office changes connect with compliant Scottish employers and keep working.


Who this helps


• Overseas care workers in the UK whose sponsor closed or can’t sponsor

• Workers on valid visas who want to switch to a Scottish employer

• People affected by dependent or employer rule changes who still meet Skilled Worker criteria
